What does the pricing include?

The price includes the payroll, benefits, tax and compliance management, essentially the entire life cycle of an employee. There will not be any additional costs on onboarding, termination or any specific compliance needs.

In a nutshell, hidden fees can come about when the service provider is not entirely transparent about its fees, for example, the foreign exchange markup may be inconsistent, which can be difficult to keep track of.

To ensure compliance, an EOR service provider charges an initial deposit for each employee, typically equivalent to the employee’s notice period pay. The deposit is withheld as long as the employee continues to work and it will be given back to the client upon the termination of the employment contract.
